He received his Ph.D. degree from North Carolina State University in May 2021, and joined the ORNL in August 2021.\u00a0In ORNL, Dr. Yoon has been involved several DOE-funded projects, mainly funded by DOE Building Technologies Office and FEMP.\u00a0Yeobeom\u2019s background is in architectural engineering, and his research focuses on building energy simulation modeling and building optimal control to save building energy consumption and reduce CO2 emissions.
