A series of maps using the Southern Poverty Law Center’s Whose Heritage Data set along with additional data to examine visible and invisible systems of hostility, oppression and racism in the built environment. 

Mapping Spaces, Flows and Ideas

From 2012 – 2018 Co-Lab designed and installed a series of large-scale, public mapping projects that invited citizens and participants to contribute their thoughts and ideas from everything from transportation, to historical markers to uses of public space. 

Housing Equity and Access: A Case Study of Raleigh, North Carolina

As one of the fast growing cities in the U.S., Raleigh is experiencing intense gentrification and housing inequality. This project looked at the rates of change of home values related to the age, location and demographic makeup of Raleigh’s many neighborhoods.
